Notice: This Service Addendum supplements and operates under the Akshari Solutions General Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between this Addendum and the General Terms, this Addendum governs for Sound Design services.
These Terms and Conditions govern all Sound Design & Audio Production engagements with Akshari Solutions, including commercial audio production, podcast editing, audio branding, and sound mixing.
Third-party audio elements, stock sound effects, and background music tracks licensed by Akshari Solutions are subject to commercial sync licenses.
Extended commercial broadcast licenses or custom music compositions are billed separately unless explicitly detailed in the project proposal.
Sound design projects are delivered as flattened, high-quality audio files (e.g., WAV, MP3).
Raw multi-track DAW project sessions, stems, and unrendered source audio remain the intellectual property of Akshari Solutions.
Fees for third-party voice actors or broadcast licensing cleared through external agencies are payable in advance and governed by their respective usage rights.
All project deposits and payments are non-refundable.
