Notice: This Service Addendum supplements and operates under the Akshari Solutions General Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between this Addendum and the General Terms, this Addendum governs for Publication Design services.
These Terms and Conditions govern all Publication Design Services provided by Akshari Solutions, including multi-page brochures, magazines, annual reports, catalogs, and eBooks.
The Client is responsible for supplying fully proofread, final text copy and high-resolution supporting images.
Akshari Solutions is not responsible for editing or proofreading supplied content unless editorial services are explicitly purchased under a separate scope.
Requests for structural, pagination, or copy additions made after layout sign-off will alter the production timeline and incur additional customization charges.
Deliverables will be provided in either print-ready PDF formats or interactive digital formats as specified in the project agreement. Master editable working files remain the property of Akshari Solutions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are due as per agreed project milestones and are non-refundable.
