Notice: This Service Addendum supplements and operates under the Akshari Solutions General Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between this Addendum and the General Terms, this Addendum governs for Print Media services.
These Terms and Conditions govern all Print Media Design services provided by Akshari Solutions, including layout design for flyers, banners, stationery, packaging, and promotional merchandise.
A digital proof will be delivered to the Client prior to final production or file delivery.
Written sign-off and approval of the final proof are strictly required before any files are sent to print or final delivery.
Once final written approval is granted by the Client, Akshari Solutions accepts no financial or operational liability for errors in spelling, typography, grammar, dimensions, layout, or low-resolution Client-supplied graphics.
Print colors naturally vary from screen displays (RGB screen vs. CMYK print) due to monitor calibrations, paper stock, ink types, and printing processes.
Minor color variations between digital proofs and physical print runs are standard and do not constitute a defect or grounds for reprint at Akshari Solutions' expense.
All invoices must be settled according to agreed milestones. All fees and prepayments are non-refundable.
