Notice: This Service Addendum supplements and operates under the Akshari Solutions General Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between this Addendum and the General Terms, this Addendum governs for Digital Media services.
These Terms and Conditions govern all Digital Media Services offered by Akshari Solutions, including visual social media assets, digital display banners, promotional graphics, and web visuals.
Final visual graphics are licensed for digital publication and distribution across the Client's designated web and social channels.
Stock assets (photos, vectors, software assets) utilized within digital media are governed by supplier licensing and may not be extracted, resold, or used as standalone assets outside the produced graphic.
Akshari Solutions may utilize AI-assisted tools for image elaboration, background expansion, creative editing, or asset generation.
All AI-assisted creative elements undergo human curation, quality review, and brand alignment prior to final delivery.
The Client warrants that all logos, images, and text supplied for digital media production are fully owned or legally licensed by the Client, releasing Akshari Solutions from any third-party copyright claims.
All payments made toward digital media packages are non-refundable.
