Notice: This Service Addendum supplements and operates under the Akshari Solutions General Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between this Addendum and the General Terms, this Addendum governs for Digital Marketing services.
These Terms and Conditions govern all Digital Marketing & Advertising services provided by Akshari Solutions, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Meta Advertising, Social Media Management, and Local Search Optimization.
All direct advertising spend (payable to platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn) is paid directly by the Client or reimbursed to Akshari Solutions separately from agency management fees.
Akshari Solutions management fees cover strategy, asset setup, execution, and reporting as defined in the service proposal.
While Akshari Solutions uses industry best practices to optimize marketing campaigns, we do not guarantee specific sales, lead volumes, revenue outcomes, search rankings, or conversion rates.
Platform updates, algorithm changes, and market competitiveness are outside Akshari Solutions' control.
Ad accounts, pixels, and tracking tags created for the Client remain the Client's property. Akshari Solutions reserves the right to restrict management panel access or pause active campaigns in the event of unpaid account balances.
Retainer and management fees are billed in advance on a monthly or project basis and are non-refundable.
