Notice: This Service Addendum supplements and operates under the Akshari Solutions General Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between this Addendum and the General Terms, this Addendum governs for Digital Accessibility services.
These Terms and Conditions govern all Digital Accessibility Services offered by Akshari Solutions, including website accessibility audits, remediation work, and layout adjustments to align with target guidelines (e.g., WCAG 2.1 AA).
Accessibility remediations are performed strictly according to the specific criteria and scope agreed upon in writing (e.g., specific WCAG levels).
Akshari Solutions cannot guarantee accessibility compliance for uneditable third-party widgets, embedded tools, external portals, or Client-uploaded media (such as untagged PDFs or uncaptioned videos).
Accessibility audits and design adjustments are performed in good faith based on technical standards but do not constitute formal legal counsel or a guarantee of immunity against third-party accessibility claims or litigation.
Audit and technical remediation fees are non-refundable.
