Notice: This Service Addendum supplements and operates under the Akshari Solutions General Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between this Addendum and the General Terms, this Addendum governs for Branding services.
These Terms and Conditions govern all Branding & Identity Design engagements with Akshari Solutions. Deliverables include only those explicitly outlined in your project proposal or statement of work (e.g., logo design, brand guidelines, color palettes, and typography).
Initial presentation concepts will be provided according to the project scope.
Revisions are strictly limited to refining the selected concept. Requests for entirely new design directions or concepts outside the agreed scope will require a new estimate and additional fees.
While Akshari Solutions creates original design assets, the Client retains sole responsibility for conducting official trademark, service mark, or legal copyright availability searches and registrations.
Akshari Solutions does not guarantee trademark registry approval or freedom from third-party infringement claims.
Final approved deliverables are licensed or transferred to the Client upon full payment of all outstanding invoices.
Underlying working files, unused concepts, and design frameworks remain the property of Akshari Solutions.
Akshari Solutions reserves the right to feature completed branding assets in its agency portfolio and promotional materials.
Project fees, milestones, and billing schedules are set forth in the project agreement. Due to the custom labor and creative resources involved, all payments and deposits are non-refundable.
